There are several reasons for a nation to prosper and many more why it will fail. The United States was founded on Christian principles and values; it was created by individuals for individual freedoms and liberty; yet today none of the basic principles which created this great country exist. The powers are consolidated in one place by just a hand full of career politicians and the states basically are just borders and nothing more. The principles of political correctness have run amuck and the fear of being called a bad name dictates what we do. The constitution was a document regulating the government, today it is nothing but a document suggesting what our government can do and it now regulates the people instead of being by the people.

The people are now more concerned with what they can take from someone else than how they can be more productive. The idea of the family was a nice thought; instead today we breed like dogs. The idea of a father is someone who sticks around long enough to make a baby, but not long enough to raise them. The baby is now a fetus until they are born, if they last that long before being killed. The government is going broke paying for as much as they can to buy votes to keep them in office and in power. The government controls our medical records, financial records and now our purchasing.

The states had independence, now since the creation of the individual income tax; the money is funneled directly to the federal government and not the states. This has the states at the mercy of Washington and the powers of the states are now in Washington.

Do we understand why the United States is going to fail? There is no way we can survive with this going on in our country, no way at all. If you believe the government will survive, you might be right but the individual will not and cannot. Until we break free from the oligarchy which the American people have created, the United States is heading to certain destruction and if you do not believe that, you soon will. Throughout history, nations have risen and fallen based on the amount of time it takes for the government to take over and the people to become subservient to them.

Thomas Jefferson once wrote: ‘"Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God." –Thomas Jefferson . He was a brilliant man, one of the original founding fathers, but what does he say about an out of control government? “"Where powers are assumed which have not been delegated, a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy." –Thomas Jefferson: Draft Kentucky Resolutions, 1798. ME 17:386

It seems Jefferson expected the federal government to attempt to overstep its boundary and for so many decades, it has and we kept silent. Thomas Jefferson knew this and spoke out about it, but we still do not listen. "At the establishment of our Constitutions, the judiciary bodies were supposed to be the most helpless and harmless members of the government. Experience, however, soon showed in what way they were to become the most dangerous; that the insufficiency of the means provided for their removal gave them a freehold and irresponsibility in office; that their decisions, seeming to concern individual suitors only, pass silent and unheeded by the public at large; that these decisions nevertheless become law by precedent, sapping by little and little the foundations of the Constitution and working its change by construction before any one has perceived that that invisible and helpless worm has been busily employed in consuming its substance. In truth, man is not made to be trusted for life if secured against all liability to account." –Thomas Jefferson to A. Coray, 1823. ME 15:486 .

Our history is full of warnings from those who knew the ravages of governments and we did not listen. Now it is too late, we as a nation will soon become footnotes in our edited history books. The truth will be lost, just like the real truth about what our founding fathers warned us about. Why do we not know? The career politicians and those with an agenda do you want you to and they control the books. We cannot end Social Security, welfare or any other entitlement program because the people will not allow it. We want our country to die and be destroyed financially because the people are no longer capable of providing for themselves. They are slaves to government and will not do what is necessary for the survival of our nation or their own children. The American people are only worried about what they want from the government and this will cause the total destruction of the United States.

No house can stand without a foundation and no foundation can be made without those willing to dig deep. The American people want someone else to dig the foundation, build the house and move their furniture in before they will lift a finger.

Please send this to your State Governments and demand they take action.
