We the people of the republic of the United States do hereby request and demand a constitutional convention for the sole purpose of reestablishing the independence granted by the people to the states in accordance with the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution. The constitutional convention will be conducted with the following agenda as outlined in this declaration. No other business will be conducted outside the boundaries set forth in this document.

We the people of these United States and the individual states under authority of the United States Constitution, written and provided for by the people given to the individual states and the federal government, do declare the necessity in the requested proceedings. No rights of congress are provided and no executive rights are acceptable neither under the 10th Amendment nor of Article V of the United States Constitution . Under authority provided by the people, Article V of the United States Constitution states the following.

“The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.”

We do hereby call for a constitutional convention to amend the United States Constitution in the following areas only:

To restore the Senates answering authority back to the state legislatures, repealing the XVII Amendment and restoring Article I, Section 3. This action will return the representation of the individual states in Washington D.C. and remove the representation of the Senate from the people back to their original grantor, the states.

To amend the United States Constitution by assigning set term limits of two terms lifetime, to the members of the House of Representatives and the Senate.

To repeal the XVI Amendment and restoring the language in Article I, Section 9 as stated here  “No capitation, or other direct, tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken”.

To Amend the United States Constitution to provide for a national sales tax, also known as the Fair tax. This amendment will supersede Article I, Section 9 of the United States Constitution.

To Amend the United States Constitution and add to the first sentence of the XIV Amendment. The following language will be changed from, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States”

And replaced with, “All persons born of a United States citizen or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States”

This amendment is set forth to eliminate illegal immigrants from having children who become United States Citizens. Since most immigrants work hard and follow our laws, it is not equal justice to allow benefits of citizenship to those who defy our laws.

We the people of these United States and the individual states do submit this demand for a constitutional convention at a date to be agreed upon and at a place which has been agreed upon by the individual state legislatures. The delegates of the individual states have no other authority outside the set limits of this document and will perform due diligence in regards to the specific language. The federal government of these United States shall provide adequate security for the delegates at no expense to the individual states.

This document becomes legally binding once signed by two thirds of the Several State’s Legislative bodies in accordance with Article V of the United States Constitution; with all rights and privileges provided for by the United States Constitution..

Please send this to your State Governments and demand they take action.
